CSS adds new web based support option!

PacTerm, PkTerm and Wefax now with additional online web support options.

Muscle Shoals, Alabama.  March 10, 2004:  Creative Services Software announced today they have added a web based support message base to the CSS web site. Located at http://support.cssincorp.com and based on the PhpBBS code, the new support message base will be an additional support option to the telephone, newsgroup and email support CSS already provides.

"Support after the sale is the most important part of a software company.", said Rick Ruhl, W4PC, President of CSS. "So many hams are unaware that with the electronic support options, they can get support of the CSS product line in the evenings, on weekends and even holidays!"

CSS created the new support message base in anticipation of Release 3.0 of PacTerm and PkTerm. The new releases, due later this year, will support a built in logging interface, more soundcard modes and a new user interface. Users who purchase the full version of release 1.7 now, or upgrade to 1.7 from a previous release will get 3.0 for no additional charge.
