PacTerm 98 to be sold and supported by Creative Services Software

Muscle Shoals, Alabama. March 24, 1999: Creative Services Software has announced that beginning in April 1, 1999 PacTerm 98 will be sold and support by Creative Services Software.

Kantronics and CSS came to this decision based on the needs of the ham operator. The product will continue to be the recommended Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT control program by Kantronics, but all support of the product will be done by Creative Services Software support staff. The program will still be available for purchase through Ham Radio dealers or directly from Creative Services Software. Kantronics will focus on hardware support of its top of the line TNCs.

Bill Campbell, WD4HEN, has joined CSS a Technical Support Specialist. Bill was first licensed in 1958 and has been a General Class since 1973.
