How do I purchase the full version of Marine Radio Control?

You can purchase the full version of Marine Radio Control from Creative Services Software, Inc.  More information is available by telephoning Creative Services Software at 256-381-6100 or you can get more information from the Marine Radio Control Sales web page. The i price of Marine Radio Control, including an interface cable, is $79.95.

I have purchased the full version of Marine Radio Control and can't get my serial number to work.

First make sure you have typed in your serial number exactly as you received it.  If you received your serial number by email, you can simply cut and paste it into the Marine Radio Control registration screen. 

I can't get LSB (Lower Side Band) to work.

Your radio must have LSB capability and you must be running Marine Radio Control version 1.1 or higher. 

I keep getting the following error "Pure Virtual function called @..\CPP_ALL\COMLINK.CPP, 241 Unable to continue execution".

You have incorrectly selected the "d-Sub" for CHANNEL rather than selecting PIN.  See your manual for instructions on changing the Remote Control Input Terminal on your radio.
