Capabilities

Wi-Fi Hotspot and Wireless network access

Set up secure Wi-Fi Hotspot access for your business or facility in the Shoals area of Alabama.  This is a secure network where you control who has access to your Wi-Fi network 

 

If you are within a 50 mile radius of the Shoals and have DSL service available at your location, you can order our basic Wi-Fi Hotspot installation package from our Online Store for $999 that has a range of 300-1000 feet and up to 500 simultaneous users.  This package includes an AP-2500 wireless router, installation and first month maintenance, and setting up initial DSL connectivity with HiWAAY Internet Services if your business does not currently have DSL connectivity.  A one year maintenance agreement is required for this package. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover in our Online Store.

 

If you have a business that covers a larger area or will have more users, contact us for an onsite estimate.

 

Windows Business Networks

We can set up small networks for computers already on Windows 98 or higher to share files, printers, and internet access between computers.  We provide consultations on necessary hardware and system upgrades. Setup network, configure system, setup security, and provide training in use and network administration. Support and service after installation.

 

For larger networks and more power we provide consultations on necessary hardware, system upgrades, and network configurations.  Once you have decided on a network configuration, we will setup the network, configure all systems, setup security, and provide training in network use and administration.  We provide support and service after the installation.  We also have maintenance agreements that will keep your network running secure and in peak condition

 

Internet Service Provider networks

Hardware and software recommendations, setup, and configuration. Provide training on use and maintenance. Consultation on areas such as daily operation, maintenance, customer support, and security.

Creative Services Software has provided support and maintenance of MSN Computing Central forums. We managed forums such as The MSN Forum, Software Development Forum, and Artificial Intelligence Forum. We also coordinated forum managers for all of the MSN Computing Central forums. Consulted with Microsoft on forum management in relation to customer support.
