Macro Support

PacTerm for Windows contains 10 VHF and 10 HF macros that you can define and access from the menu. It also contains the following pre-defined macros variables that can be used within your definable macros or in the startup and shutdown commands.

The following macro variable are assigned under File, Settings.

{call}
{mycall}
{selcal}
{sn} - serial number that can be used in contests
{name}
{myname}
{qth}

There are also several other variables that can be used.

{date}
{time}
{utctime} - Greenwich Mean Time
{xmit} - Transmit
{rec} - Receive

PacTerm for Windows also has CQ, ID, and QRT macros for use in the Auto-CQ functions.
