Purchase of PacTerm for Windows or an upgrade entitles you to one full
year of free telephone and email support.
After one year, support is charged on a per-incident

Support for a Purchased, Registered Version
Several support options are available for PacTerm for Windows. Official support is only
offered through the Creative Services Software PacTerm for Windows Support phone line
or through email. You
can also get unofficial, peer-to-peer support through our support BBS.
