Software or your favorite amateur radio equipment supplier. Registration and purchase of the full version of PKTerm
for Windows is US $99.95.
This gives you a serial number and activation key to access the full features of a
downloaded copy of PKTerm for Windows. If you prefer to purchase a
CD and have it shipped to you, the cost is US $110.95 (including $10 shipping & handling) for US
destinations. Shipping to destination outside the US is usually $15.00. If you purchased PKTerm
before October 1, 2004, you can upgrade to the current
version for $49.95. Upgrades are free is you purchased
PKTerm for Windows after
October 1, 2004. Note: PKTerm 99 is the former name for PKTerm for
Windows. Purchase of PKTerm
for Windows or an upgrade entitles you to one full year of telephone and
email support. Free support is always available on our bulletin
board at http://support.cssincorp.com/ .

VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, US checks or money orders. Creative Services Software provides
a free demo mode of PKTerm for Windows so you can try most of its features. Refunds are not
available once you have purchased an activation key from Creative Services Software to
access the advanced features of PKTerm for Windows.

Please include your name, call sign, address, and method of payment. If paying by
credit card, also state whether you are paying by MasterCard, VISA, or

card, the card number, and the expiration date. Our hours are 8am to
4pm Central
Time on weekdays.
Creative Services Software normally processes orders within 24 hours on
business days and ship packages using UPS ground in the
US. Delivery times may take longer for shipments outside the US. If
paying by personal check, we allow 7-10 days for checks to clear before
processing your order. If
you request that we email your activation information, we normally email
this information within 24 hours on business days. If a reasonable
amount of time has passed and you haven't received your activation
information, please contact us. If you are purchasing from Timewave,
please contact them for shipping and order processing information.
