Invented by Michael Thigpen, AB4MT, SafeTenna is the perfect 2 meter antenna for emergency use, travel, or portable operation. The solid design makes a rugged antenna for RF use but it can also be used as a walking stick when you are operating portable.  The SafeTenna was designed to be an emergency antenna.  It's a portable antenna that can be used indoors and outdoors to make contact when other attempts fail. 

FCC rules for RF exposure should be followed during use.
