for Windows version 2 for Kantronics TNCs WeFax for Windows is weather fax software for Kantronics and Timewave TNCs that runs under Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP operating systems. The Windows interface ensures that WeFax for Windows is easy to use, with true multi-tasking and point and click operation. The WEFAX image is saved as a two-color bitmap, which can be integrated into other Windows graphics programs for manipulation. WeFax for Windows version 2.0 for both the Kantronics and Timewave/AEA TNCs is now available for downloading. If you are not familiar with WeFax for Windows, take a look at its features and requirements first to find out if it suits your needs. Note: WeFax for Windows was formerly called WeFax 99. Version 2.0 has added Wefax transmit capability for AEA / Timewave TNCs and has added 16 shades of gray capability for Kantronics TNCs (KAM 98 and KAM XL only). WeFax for Windows is being offered at $69.95. Upgrades to Version 2.0 from Version 1.x (WeFax 99) are $29.95 if you purchased WeFax 99 before January 1, 2002. A Demo mode of WeFax for Windows is available for downloading, with limited capabilities for viewing WEFAX images. WeFax for Windows can be purchased from Creative Services Software or many amateur radio supply dealers. the WeFax for Windows Manual in Adobe Portable Document Format (.PDF format).
If you don't have a program capable of reading .PDF files, you can
download the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click on the following link to download the manual. Note that if
you have the Acrobat Reader already installed, you may need to right click
on the link and choose "Save Target as" or similar option to
save to your hard drive rather than opening in your browser. |
