I have purchased the full version of WeFax for Windows
and can't get my
serial number and activation key to work.
First make sure you have typed in your serial number exactly as you
received it. If you received your serial number and activation key by email, you can simply cut and
paste it into WeFax for Windows.
How can I resize or increase the size of the windows?
Grab the edge or the corner of the window with your mouse. You will see
the mouse cursor change from a single-headed arrow or an "I" shaped cursor to a
double-headed arrow. Once you get the double-headed double-headed arrow, hold down the
left mouse button and move the mouse to stretch it to the desired size. Release the left
mouse button to set the size of the window.
Why do I only get two colors in my Wefax images?
The Kantronics TNCs (with the exception of KAM 98) only have two-color
capability. Capability for 16 shades of gray for the KAM 98 has been
added in version 2.0
