Pre-sale Support on the Demo Version

The Demo version of WeFax for Windows is allowed 30 minutes of phone support.  Anything above 30 minutes is charged at $10.00 per phone call. 

There is unlimited support in email and on the Creative Services Software product support newsgroups. 

Support for a Purchased, Registered Version

Two official support options are available for WeFax for Windows.  You can also use our support BBS or our newsgroup for unofficial, peer-to-peer support.
